Attendee FAQ

We are located in Oaks, PA. We’re just north of Valley Forge National Park, in between Audubon and Phoenixville, and right off I-76/Route 422. More details on our location can be found here.

Yes! We have over 5,000 free parking spaces on-site. For some events, premium VIP parking will be available.

That depends! Each event has its own rules and ticket sales. Check out their websites for details—each event’s site is conveniently linked from its event listing on our calendar.


Yes! Our facility is all on one floor, and is fully handicap-accessible.

We have multiple full-service concession spaces at Expo, serving a variety of delicious pizzas, salads, sandwiches, snacks, and more. In addition, some events arrange for custom on-site catering. For that reason we ask that you refrain from bringing your own food or drink with you, and we thank you for your cooperation.

Our concession areas do serve beer! It is available during most shows. Please bring valid ID to show that you are over 21 years old.

This area has excellent parks, activity centers, movie theaters, and shopping. There is something for everyone! Please check out our Attractions page for more details.

Exhibitor FAQ

Yes! We have both wifi that can be accessed from anywhere in the building, and hardwired ethernet available if needed. Both of these services are accessible for an extra fee; ask your event coordinator for details.



  • A dedicated panel of power outlets for your booth is available for purchase for any booth in the building. We have any type of power, ranging from standard 120V outlets to higher voltage power sources for heavy equipment.


We ask that all food and drink be coordinated through one of our catering partners.


GPEC has staff available for hire, but please check with your event promoter first to see what arrangements they may have made.

We can book your event in as near a timeframe as next week, and as far out as 5 years from now.


Our facility is all on one floor, and is fully accessible. We also have ample handicapped parking set aside.
