For anyone who purchased tickets for Unicorn World,

We heard complaints from our attendees that the show organizer is not providing refunds, and this was confirmed by the show organizer when we reached out to him directly.

As the facility, our sole involvement is licensing the space to the promotor and we have no involvement in ticket sales. However, we believe strongly that anyone who has paid a ticket to attend an event should receive a full refund if the event is cancelled.

We take this extremely seriously. We have communicated with the event owner and encouraged him to do what is right, as well as contacted both our attorneys and relevant authorities to hold this event producer accountable. We will continue to work with the authorities in any way we can to obtain refunds for those who purchased tickets.
